Return policy
1. Right of return
You have the right to return within 14 days without a reason.
2. Cancellation period
The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you or another appointed third party, which is not the transporter, receives the ordered goods.
3. Notice of return
To exercise the right of return, you have to declare to us (HotStuff; Barndegat 8, Zaandam, the Netherlands; 0031642055520) by an unambiguous statement (f.e. by postmail or e-mail) notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can use the modelform for return below, or provide a statement where you clearly declare your wish to use your right for notice of return.
4. Compliance with return policy
To comply with the return policy it will suffice to provide a statement with your notice for return within the cancellation period.
5. Consequences of Return
If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive the payement you have paid, including delivery costs (exluding additional costs as a result of your choice for a different method of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us) if you send it back no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw form the contract (and within the 14 days of the cancellation period). We will pay you back by using the same payment method as you originally used to perform the transaction, unless another expressively agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such a reimbursement.
6. Retention right
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or if you have demonstrated that the goods have been sent back, whichever comes first.
7. Return of the goods
You must return the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have decided to withdraw from the contract [Hotstuff; Barndegat 8, Zaandam, the Netherlands] to send back or hand back over. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
8. Cost of sending the goods back
The direct costs of sending back goods will be paid by the customer.
9. Compensation of the devaluation
You are only responsible for devaluation of the goods if this is due to use of the goods, that goes beyond usage to determine the nature, the characteristics or the functioning of the goods.
